• Manufacturing Plastic Injection Mouldings in a wide range of Technical and Standard Materials. Plastic Injection moulding machine availability ranges from 22 Tonne to 250T with the ability to insert mould as well as hand assembly. Printing services include Silk Screen and Hot Foil Blocking.

• Repair service, Alliance will collect your plastic injection moulds and repair any damage caused within your production environment as swiftly as possible, with the price being confirmed before any repair is undertaken. Any faults or recommendations will be reported by our engineers to ensure your tools have the maximum production life-time.
• Prototyping, we can supply prototype models prior to production tooling where requested, allowing our customers to analyse and test their markets prior to full production. Advice on technical closure seats and preform weight specifications etc. are given free of charge, therefore supporting commitment in creating strong business partnerships.
• Plastic Injection Moulding tools to produce a wide range of components from multi-cavity closure caps through to large single impression reverse fed two stage ejected container fronts
