Alliance has a vast knowledge and expertise in Product Manufacturing and Design, from a simple component to an integrated development project using all the latest CAD/CAM systems. Technical consultation is provided free of charge in order to support customers specific requirements.

IT
The IT systems allow the creation of fully animated walk-through files to demonstrate any type of component on screen or illustrate tooling with complete BOM lists. High speed broadband allows us to reply to enquiries within hours in any of our industies software formats.

Toolroom
The toolroom is fully equipped with the latest highly specified and fully calibrated CNC machine tools. A recent move to new larger premises has allowed further expansion of the range.

Moulding
Injection moulding machine availability ranges from 22 Tonne to 250T with the ability to insert mould as well as hand assembly. Printing services include Silk Screen and Hot Foil Blocking.

Rapid Repair ( In-House Laser Welding Facilities )
A rapid response service is available all year round to minimise tool down time. Spares that are available off the shelf, coupled with out of hours working allows Alliance to provide a rapid service.
